 In this book, Prof. Willem Hoyng summarizes and comments on all the decisions of the Court of Appeal from the start of the UPC in 2023 until January 1, 2025. The decisions are discussed in chronological order. However, the book also includes a reference list of the Rules of Procedure, with all decisions which are relevant for the interpretation of a certain article. Additionally, the book contains a case list, detailing all the decisions rendered in a certain case. A separate list compiles the final decisions in preliminary injunction proceedings. Finally, the book features a keyword index. |
